Team Rehab Physical Therapy
Team Rehabilitation is the preferred Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Provider of Bavarian United for injuries, concussions and other medical treatment needed due to playing soccer.
A Team Rehab Trainer is onsite weekly for evaluation at no additional cost to players unless more extensive care is recommended. For anyone suspecting a concussion, please contact our trainer to set up a clinic appointment. The Team Rehab office is located just around the corner at 5333 N Port Washington Road (between Noodles & Cousins).

Tyus Gross is a graduate of Concordia University with a Masters degree in Athletic Training. During histime at the University, he covered Concordia Football, Soccer, and LaCrosse. In his final year of theprogram, he completed an internship with Nicolet High School. Tyus is currently an athletic trainer forCedarburg High School and Milwaukee School of Engineering, covering the Club Sports Program. He is also working at Team Rehabilitation-Glendale covering as an Athletic Trainer within the facility and spearheading the Soccer Specific Training program to address speed and agility improvements.
Tyus played many sports growing up including football, basketball, track and soccer. He competed insoccer for one year and ran track for the entirety of his time at Concordia.
