Manager Check-In

ELECTRONIC CHECK-IN
Team Managers/Administrators are required to submit the forms electronically during registration or via email to the Tournament Director
2 weeks prior to the event.

  1. Team Roster
  2. Roster of any club pass/guest players
  3. Individual player waivers (out of state player waivers accepted)
  4. Travel permit for any out-of-state team


GAME DAY CHECK-IN
Before your first game, check in at head table at least 45 minutes before kick-off. Only team managers need to check in. Items needed at check-in are:

  1. Player passes (U11 and U12 only)
  2. Any last minute changes to team roster
