VOLUNTEER

Our club thrives thanks to the many dedicated families and volunteers who give tirelessly.

Bavarian United relies on volunteers to keep membership and playing costs affordable for all families. Opportunities are available throughout the season and include recreational coach, assistant recreational coach, team manager, concession stand, festivals, fall and spring clean-up, open house, tryouts, subcommittees, social media content, and more.

Families who complete their required volunteer hours receive a club dues refund of $125 per family for the Recreational Program and $175 per player for the Academy, Premier, and National Programs. The Recreational Program requires 4 hours per family, while the Academy, Premier, and National Programs require 4 hours per player. Families with multiple players must complete the required hours for each player to qualify. Partial refunds are not issued, and coaches, team managers, and subcommittee members must complete WYSA Risk Management prior to receiving a refund. Refunds are processed twice per season, typically in December and July, and will not be issued after July for the completed season.

Your refund method is based on the timing of your most recent payment. If your last payment was made within the last 90 days, the refund will be issued to your credit card on file. If your last payment was made more than 90 days ago, you will receive a check by mail. Families on an active payment plan will have their remaining installments adjusted to reflect the refund. Unique payment configurations may receive a combination of the above.

All refunds are tracked and reconciled manually by our administrative staff to ensure accuracy. If you believe you've completed your volunteer hours but have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bavarianunited.com.

Other Opportunities

Concessions Volunteers

The concession stand near Stadium Field is one of our club's favorite gameday amenities and a key fundraiser. From brats and beer to snacks and drinks, it's an integral part of the Bavarian United experience. Best of all, 100% of the proceeds are reinvested directly into our facilities.

Volunteering at the concession stand counts toward your family's volunteer hours.

If you have questions about volunteering please contact Tracey Beilfuss at tracey.beilfuss@bavarianunited.com or Adam Fink at adam.fink@bavarianunited.com.

Thanks you for your support!
