Recreational Program
Our Recreational Program is the entry point for more than 1,000 players and families at Bavarian United and forms the foundation of our club’s player pathway. Players are grouped with classmates and friends whenever possible and coached by dedicated volunteer parent coaches.
The program focuses on building a love for the game while developing core soccer fundamentals in a fun, positive environment. Emphasis is placed on enjoyment, skill development, fitness, and fair play.
Supporting this experience is Kelly Moore, Recreation Program Director & Registrar, who brings strong leadership, organization, and care for families after previously serving as Rec/Academy/Camps & Clinics Registrar. She ensures a smooth, welcoming experience for all recreational families from registration through the season.
She is joined by Roy Henning, Rec Player & Coach Development Coordinator, a newly created role dedicated to supporting both players and volunteer coaches at the foundation level. With experience across Recreation, Academy, and Premier programming, Roy helps ensure consistent guidance, development, and support for coaches and players alike.

- A short questionnaire helps us place players on the best-fit team.
Returning Players
Players must register by June 30 to secure a spot on their current team. After this date, placement on your existing team cannot be guaranteed, as new players will be added and roster limits may be reached.
New Players
Requests to join existing teams will be considered beginning July 1, based on availability.

- May 1 - June 30: $470 (program dues: $345/player; club dues: $125/family).

Club Dues (volunteer fees)
Club dues can be earned back through volunteering. The requirement for Rec families is four (4) hours per family.
